Overall a disappointing experience. I had to chase up multiple times as communication was poor from both the paralegal and partner. They had no out of office emails so you wouldn't know when they were in unless you called into the office or emailed multiple times and/or would set appointments and not meet them. There were things not done that should have been standard e.g. posting letters but not posting recorded delivery so there was no way to know if one of the parties received them and typos in draft letters. The initial service was provided but it could have been a much more impactful experience.

Thank goodness for David Nash. His friendly voice on the end of the phone and 'can do,' attitude meant I got the advice I needed and started to feel in control. Lawrence and Michael provide a fantastic service and are very responsive. I have used them twice and the knowledge and hard work both guys displayed ensured I received a great result both times.
